WHAT COUNTRIES DOES MENG SHIP TO?

MENG ships internationally.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST ME?

HOW MUCH DUTIES AND TAXES WILL I HAVE TO PAY

UK VAT will be applied to orders dispatched within the United Kingdom, excluding the Channel Islands.

All destinations outside of the UK are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that the relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.

DOES MENG SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES MENG ACCEPT AND IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE?

At the moment, we only accept Paypal as a payment method. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to ‘Log In’ and review the amount shown before clicking ‘Pay Now’. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to MENG.

HOW CAN I CHOOSE THE CURRENCY I PAY IN?

Wherever you are shipping to, your order will always be charged in British Pounds (GBP).

CAN I CHANGE OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details.

However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number to track your package.

IS MY PACKAGE INSURED AND DO I NEED TO SIGN?

All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from MENG to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered.

To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require proof of delivery for all orders and are unable to authorise for packages to be delivered without a signature.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

We hope you’re happy with your order but if you’re not, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return.

Shipping is complimentary on all exchanges and returns; however, if you are based outside the UK you will need to pay taxes and duties on this.

Items should be returned new, unused and with all MENG garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet this policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL VALUE OF MY ORDER?

Your refund will either be issued to the original payment method used to place the order, or as MENG store credit. Shipping costs are not refunded for items using our free returns service, unless your order is cancelled under the ICASRs.

All sales taxes are included in your refund if your order has been sent to a destination within the UK. Outside the UK, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
